Microphone (RECORD AUDIO): Used for the voice message feature in the customer service chat. The microphone is only active when you manually record a voice message.

Notifications (NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send alerts about shipping status, transaction updates, promos, and other important information. You can disable notifications anytime via your device settings.

Vibrate: Used to provide vibration feedback when receiving notifications or certain interactions in the app.
