Shipping Terms & Conditions

By using shipping services through Erge Asia, the sender is deemed to have understood and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the service runs smoothly and safely for all parties.

Responsibility for Shipment Information

The sender is fully responsible for the accuracy of shipment information, including the contents and value of the goods. Inaccurate information may result in:

Forfeited shipping costs.
Additional fees borne by the sender.
Parcels held or returned by customs.

Damage and Loss Claims

Erge Asia is committed to handling claims for damaged or lost shipments fairly and according to procedure.

Fragile items are not covered by claims.
Damage claims must be reported within a maximum of 2 business days after the parcel is received, with photo evidence of the goods and packaging condition.
In the event of loss or damage, Erge Asia's maximum liability is up to USD 100, unless the sender purchases additional insurance.

Actual Value and Documents

All parcels (other than documents) must declare a commercial or actual value according to reference.
The maximum compensation for loss or damage is USD 100, unless additional insurance has been purchased.

Customs & Delivery Process

By using Erge Asia's services, the sender appoints Erge Asia and its logistics partners as representatives to handle customs processes in both the origin and destination countries.

The sender is responsible for additional costs such as customs duties and special permits for certain shipments.
The sender is responsible for re-delivery costs in the event of an incorrect address.

Shipping Delays

If a delay exceeds 14 business days, the sender must immediately report it to Erge Asia for claim processing.

Claims for lost goods will be processed within 10 business days.
Shipping delays cannot be claimed for compensation unless covered by insurance.

Prohibition of Certain Items

The sender is responsible for all legal consequences if goods violate the rules on prohibited items, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

Please consult us first before shipping goods.

Packaging of Goods

Erge Asia is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging. Senders are expected to ensure packaging meets shipping safety standards.

Insurance Obligation

For high-value goods, senders are advised to purchase additional insurance. Compensation for the value of goods will follow the documents and value declared at the time of shipping.
