Erge Asia is committed to handling claims for damaged or lost shipments fairly and according to procedure.
By using Erge Asia's services, the sender appoints Erge Asia and its logistics partners as representatives to handle customs processes in both the origin and destination countries.
If a delay exceeds 14 business days, the sender must immediately report it to Erge Asia for claim processing.
The sender is responsible for all legal consequences if goods violate the rules on prohibited items, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
Erge Asia is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging. Senders are expected to ensure packaging meets shipping safety standards.
For high-value goods, senders are advised to purchase additional insurance. Compensation for the value of goods will follow the documents and value declared at the time of shipping.
