There are several ways to track shipments:

1. Via Dashboard: Open the My Shipments menu, click on the consignment note you want to track. The status is updated in real-time at every stage.
2. Via Website: Open the Track Shipment page at www.ergeasia.com, enter your AWB number.
3. Via Tracking Link: You can share the tracking link with the recipient so they can monitor without needing to log in.

Our tracking system includes 18 stages of status from receipt at the warehouse to delivery at the destination.
Home Delivery: Packages are sent directly to the recipient's address. There is no weight limit per package.

Store Pickup: Packages are sent to a partner store in the destination country for self-collection by the recipient. Additional fee of Rp 50,000/package with a maximum weight of 5 kg per package.

Choose Home if the recipient wants the package to be delivered to their doorstep, or Store if the recipient is more flexible with pickup time.
Multi-Koli is a feature for shipping multiple packages (koli) in a single transaction. Each koli has a separate AWB number and tracking, but is recorded in one main shipment.

Benefits:
• Easy to manage large quantities of shipments
• Each koli can have different weights and contents
• Individual tracking per koli
• One invoice for all koli
General Cargo: General goods without special restrictions such as clothing, accessories, books, household equipment, and handicrafts.

Sensitif Items: Goods that require special handling such as processed food, cosmetics, supplements, medicines (non-prescription), and liquid products (non-hazardous).

Elektronik (Berbaterai): Electronic devices containing batteries such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, power banks, and IoT devices.

Shipping weight is calculated from the greater of actual weight (scale) and volumetric weight.

Volumetric weight formula:
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

Example: Package 40×30×20 cm = 24.000 ÷ 5.000 = 4.8 kg volumetric. If the scale weight is only 2 kg, then 4.8 kg is charged.

Tip: Use packaging that fits without too much empty space to save costs.
Items that are strictly prohibited from being shipped:

If your goods are held at customs, the Erge Asia team will immediately inform you and assist in the resolution process. We work with partners in various countries who understand local regulations.

Yes, Erge Asia provides shipping insurance to protect your goods from the risk of damage or loss during shipping. The insurance fee is calculated based on the declared value of the goods. We highly recommend insurance for high-value or fragile items. Contact our team for more information on premiums and insurance terms.
Drop Ship is a service for those who want to send goods abroad without having to come to Erge Asia office. Simply send the package to our warehouse using domestic courier, and Erge Asia will handle the international shipping.

Drop Ship Flow:
1. Send the package to Erge Asia warehouse with the specified label format
2. Confirm the shipment by attaching domestic receipt evidence
3. Our team receives, validates, weighs, and measures the package
4. You receive the invoice and make payment
5. The package is sent abroad with AWB number for tracking
Freight Forwarding is a shipping service for large-scale import and export needs. Suitable for businesses that require shipping solutions with large volumes and weights.

This can be done with several provisions:

Food: Processed and tightly sealed packaged foods can generally be shipped. Fresh food, raw meat, and easily spoiled products cannot be shipped. Each country has different regulations regarding food imports.

Liquid Products: Non-hazardous liquids such as skincare, perfume, and sauce can be shipped with safe packaging (tightly sealed bottles, bubble wrapped). The volume is limited depending on the airline and destination country regulations.

Always consult with our team about the specific type of goods before sending.
Safe packing tips:

1. Use strong cardboard — double-wall corrugated box for heavy items.
2. Individual wrapping — each item wrapped in separate bubble wrap or foam.
3. Fill empty spaces — use paper, styrofoam, or air cushion to prevent items from shifting.
4. Seal securely — use packing tape, not regular tape, at least 3 layers on each joint.
5. Label clearly — include "Fragile" for fragile items, "This Way Up" for items that cannot be inverted.

The Erge Asia tracking system has 18 stages of delivery status:

Initial Stage: Order Created → Confirmed → Picked up/Received at Warehouse
Processing Stage: Validated → Payment Confirmed → Ready to Ship
Shipping Stage: Shipped to Airport/Port → In Transit → On Transit
Final Stage: Arrived at Destination Country → Customs Process → In Local Delivery → Delivered

Proxy Service is a service where Erge Asia helps you purchase Indonesian products and ship them overseas. Suitable for those living abroad who want to get their favorite Indonesian products.

Erge Asia Proxy Flow:

1. Place Your Order — Notify us about the product you want via WhatsApp, chat, or Shopping menu on our website/application
2. Cost Estimation — Our team calculates the total cost of the product + domestic shipping + international shipping cost. Transparent details with no hidden fees
3. Payment — Pay through Erge Asia wallet or bank transfer
4. Purchase & Packing — Our team buys the product, checks the quality, and packs it professionally in the warehouse
5. Shipment — Goods are sent to the destination country with real-time tracking
6. Goods Arrived — The recipient receives the goods, and you get a confirmation of completion
Orders that have already been paid cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details (product type, quantity, color/size variant, destination address) are correct before making payment.

If there are any changes before payment, please contact our customer service team immediately.
The service fees consist of:

1. Product price — in accordance with the price at the Indonesian store/marketplace
2. Domestic shipping cost — the cost of shipping from the store to Erge Asia warehouse
3. Service fee — fee for purchasing assistance service
4. International shipping cost — the cost of shipping to the destination country according to the weight and category of goods

All cost details are transparently informed before you make payment. There are no hidden fees.
Yes, you can entrust us to purchase products from various Indonesian marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and other online stores. Simply send the product link along with details (variant, size, color, quantity), and our team will process the purchase for you.
If the received product does not match (defective, wrong variant, etc.), please immediately contact our customer service team with a photo of the evidence. Our team will assist with the claim process to the seller. Please note that the claim process depends on the policy of each store/seller.

Wallet & Payments

Payment methods, e-wallet & invoices

How to top up:

1. Open the Wallet & Top Up menu on the dashboard
2. Select a payment method (Bank Transfer, E-Wallet, or QRIS)
3. Enter the top-up amount (minimum Rp 20,000)
4. Follow the payment instructions according to the selected method
5. Upload transfer proof if required
6. Balance will be credited after verification by admin (usually within a few minutes during working hours WIB)
The minimum top-up amount is Rp 20,000. We recommend topping up according to your transaction needs to expedite the payment process for shipment.
Benefits of E-Wallet:

Pay faster — no need for manual transfers for every transaction
Transparent history — all transactions are recorded in full on the dashboard
Safe & verified — balance is kept in a secure system
Multi top-up methods — can be via Bank Transfer, E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, etc.), or QRIS
Automatic notifications — you will receive notifications for every wallet transaction
Verification time for top-ups varies:

During working hours (08:00 - 20:00 WIB): Usually verified within a few minutes to 1 hour.
Outside working hours: Verified on the next working day.

Make sure to upload clear transfer proof that matches the nominal amount to expedite the verification process.
For balance withdrawal or refund, please contact our customer service team. The refund process will be evaluated according to the applicable provisions. Balance from vouchers or promotions cannot be withdrawn in cash.
E-Wallet balance from manual top up has no expiration period as long as your account remains active. However, balance from cashback promo or referral reward may have a certain validity period in accordance with the terms of the promo.
Open the Wallet menu on the dashboard, then click Transaction History or Mutation. You can see the entire history of top-ups, payments, and fund receipts. The history can also be downloaded in file format for reconciliation purposes.

Registration, tier & account settings

How to register:

1. Open system.ergeasia.com or download Erge Asia application
2. Click Register
3. Fill in your personal data: full name, email, phone number, and password
4. Verify your email through the sent link
5. Log in and complete your profile

Registration is free and can be used immediately to access all Erge Asia services.
Open My Profile → Account Security, enter your old password and new password, then click save. Use a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Click the Forgot Password button on the login page, enter your registered email, then check your email inbox for the password reset link. The link is valid for a certain period of time, so reset your password immediately after receiving the email.
Yes, one Erge Asia account can be used on all platforms: website (system.ergeasia.com), mobile application (app.ergeasia.com), and public website (www.ergeasia.com). Your data and balance are synchronized across all platforms.
Open the My Profile menu on the dashboard, then click Edit Profile. You can change your full name, address, phone number, and profile picture. Email changes require re-verification.
Tier Membership is a tiered membership system that provides different shipping rate discounts at each level.

Tier Levels:
Regular — basic tier for all new members (free)
Silver — more discount than Regular
Gold — bigger discount
Platinum — premium discount
VIP — best discount

You can upgrade your tier by subscribing directly (pay tier fee, active for 1 year, no transaction limit) or through transaction accumulation.
Custom Prefix AWB is a feature for personalizing the consignment number (AWB) with a special prefix according to your brand or business. For example, if your prefix is "ABC", the consignment number will be in the format ABC-XXXXXX-XXX.

Benefits:
• Professional shipping identity
• Easy to recognize your shipment
• Unique prefix per account, no duplication

You can set the prefix in the Account Settings → Custom AWB menu. The prefix can be changed once per month.

Seller

Selling products, seller registration

How to register:

1. Log in to your Erge Asia account
2. Open the Register as Seller menu on the dashboard
3. Complete the registration form: store data, ID card, and bank account
4. Wait for a review from our team (1–3 working days)
5. Once approved, you can start uploading products and selling

Seller registration is free with no monthly fees.
Free! There is no registration fee or monthly fee to become a seller at Erge Asia. You are only charged a commission on every successful transaction. Commission details can be seen on the Seller Information page.
Funds enter the seller's wallet 3 days after the order status is Completed. Settlement is processed automatically every hour with platform commission deduction. You can monitor sales details and earnings on Dashboard Seller.
Open Dashboard Seller → Product Management, there you can:

Add new product — upload photos, write description, set price and variants
Edit product — change details, price, stock, and photos
Manage stock — activate/deactivate product
Manage variants — set color, size, and other options

New products will be reviewed by our team before appearing on the marketplace.
When there is an incoming order:

1. You receive a new order notification
2. Process the order and prepare the goods
3. Send the goods to Erge Asia warehouse or use the pickup service
4. Erge Asia team handles international shipping to the buyer

You don't have to bother with international packing, export documentation, or customs matters — all handled by Erge Asia.
You can sell various Indonesian products on the Erge Asia marketplace, such as:

• Handicrafts and souvenirs
• Herbal products and supplements
• Household appliances

Products must comply with Indonesian export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Prohibited products (narcotics, weapons, etc.) are not allowed.
Open Dashboard Seller → Wallet, then select Withdraw Funds. Enter the withdrawal amount and make sure your bank account has been verified. The withdrawal process is handled by our finance team according to the settlement schedule.

If your area is not yet covered by our partners, you can still use our Drop Ship service — send packages to our warehouse via domestic courier, and we'll handle the international shipping.
There are 2 ways to check rates:

1. Via Website: Open the Rate Check page at www.ergeasia.com, select destination country and item category to view estimated rate per kg.
2. Via Dashboard: When creating a shipment in the dashboard, the rate will be automatically calculated based on weight, category, and destination country.

Rates are per kilogram and may vary depending on your membership tier. Members with higher tiers get cheaper rates.
A voucher is a discount code that can be used for shipping cost or shopping discounts.

How to get vouchers:
Claim on dashboard — open the Voucher menu, select and claim available vouchers
Enter code — if you have a voucher code, enter it in the claim column
Special promotions — exclusive vouchers during certain events (Ramadan, New Year, anniversary, etc.)
Referral — invite friends to join and get reward vouchers

Types of vouchers: Shipping Discount, Product Discount, and Cashback Wallet. Some vouchers can be combined with tier membership discounts.
Yes! The Referral Reward program allows you to get vouchers every time a friend you invite successfully registers and makes their first transaction. Share your referral code from the Profile menu on the dashboard.
